Come and be motivated...

Confident:Your Christian walk with the Lord has been years of experiencing Jesus Christ personally. Now you wonder if your legacy of in-Christ living has made a dent in your family. How much will they remember? How much have they learned from your walk with God? Were they listening? Maybe these stories touch their lives.

Professional:If you are a very successful person who has a strong work ethic, you say every day, “I have so little time for myself.” It is hard to define your own daily private victory. You want to be well-rounded and enjoy life, but the reading you do is almost totally about your profession, your clients or your industry. We invite you to read this book, and we pray that it gives you a perspective on some extraordinary things that are really happening around you, every day and in every way. These short powerful stories may just give you that daily private victory you desire or desperately miss!

Marriage:When love seems cool and obligations become chores there is always a quiet place to which we can turn for comfort and assurance. Life changes people, life changes marriage, life changes our bodies … but Jesus never changes. He is the same yesterday, today and forever. Find words for encouragement in these stories and lift your spirits to a place of peace and consolation.

Single Parent:Perhaps you’ve said to yourself a thousand times, “I never thought my life would be this way.” You’ve searched for help here and there, but you’re never quite satisfied with what you’re finding. Is there a way out of this? Yes! Circumstances can blind us to what God truly has planned for our lives. Let these stories take off the blinders and help you realize that your life can be so much more alive and blessed than what you see now.

Active Christian:You may be serving in one or more areas of your church life. Because you have dedicated your life to God, you discover that people want to draw from the deep well you’ve filled with God’s wisdom. God wants to keep you refreshed as you walk out His will and call on your life. I pray these short stories will replenish and revitalize your spirit.

Unchurched:When your direction is unclear and you feel like you’re in the same place you were last year, when relationships aren’t all they’re cracked up to be and work seems mundane, friends aren’t enough and you can’t seem to get your finger on what’s wrong with your life, perhaps these stories will bring clarity and direction and minister a love you have never experienced before.
OR
If the “great outdoors” is your church, perhaps these two stories might illustrate how creation and the Creator work so beautifully together allowing a glimpse of the extraordinary in your outdoor adventures. Let these stories open your inner eyes to see so much more on your daily walks.

Abuse:This author has been where you are now. If you are still living in the “prison of the past” let these stories minister to the secret parts of your heart that so long to be cleansed, healed and set free. Yes, it is possible to be liberated from your past. Yes, you are seen, heard and recognized by the very One who created you and yearns for you to be set free. Trust me, your life is not over; there is so much more planned on your behalf. In order to go on, the wound must be healed so joy can re-enter your life.”

Grief:Sorrow will take our breath away somewhere in our life’s journey. We become aware of how heavy our hearts feel, how slowly the day goes by and how a simple memory can jolt us into convulsive tears. Will it ever go away? Yes. Let these stories minister to the sadness, let them sing to the grief so in due time the sharp pains of mourning will lessen. We can be overwhelmed with tears OR we can be overwhelmed by Christ’s love. You will again find a place of peace, joy and living life to its fullest.

Pastor:Every Sunday you need to have a fresh sermon, a message that resonates, has meaning, is memorable and has some impact! Life is challenging everyone today. Just as Jesus taught through parables, the pastor will find that these stories will relate to present day circumstances.

Church Crisis:In the midst of crisis God is still very much alive and active in our lives. Making a choice on how to carry on when your faith is challenged is the most critical point in any Christian’s life. You may feel forsaken, but there is One who promises never, ever, to leave you or forsake you.

Newlywed:
All marital relationships start out strong and on fire. As you grow you learn how to live with one another’s habits and how to meet each other’s needs and expectations. Financial arrangements change, and unexpected life challenges present themselves. There are disagreements and fights, and even outside influences can mar the ever-so-sweet beginnings. These stories are words for encouragement and written to remind you that perfection is not required, but love is key to a deep, loving and satisfying marriage.

Good Enough:At the end of the day it’s always wonderful to reflect on the good things we’ve accomplished. A pat on the back, a certificate of reward and grateful words spoken leave us feeling good about ourselves. These stories open the door of being just good to being great in Jesus Christ. They delve into a deeper place that shows us what really makes us tick, what really makes us extraordinary.

Overwhelmed:As it is with so many other people, life is a busy battle to get everything done. Your “in basket” and “to-do list” are always slightly overflowing with more than you feel you can get done. Or at least get done with some time for unadulterated joy. It’s almost a silly dream to think you could actually feel joyful on a daily basis. We pray these stories will give you a new, fresh outlook on the extraordinary things in life.
